• Vendor Bookings are due by November 18th for the A Christmas To Remember Even. You may pay for your space online in advance using this website.

• Each vendor must communicate through email to info@turnkeydsn.com prior to and during the event or by phone at (540) 616-2287.

 

• For those that are Direct Sellers (Scentsy, Paparazzi, Color Street, Mary Kay, etc.) A Christmas to Remember will only have one vendor represented at the event.

• All vendors will have assigned spots this event.

 

• Vendors must arrive at least one hour before the event for set-up and remain for the duration of the event. Setup starts at 11:30am and must be setup and vehicles moved by 1:30pm. Vendors must also stay setup till 8pm

 

• You may park your personal vehicle to unload your set-up and goods, but then you must move to parking off of the closed streets No Parking on Church or Tazwell Streets as well as they will be closed. Due to our vast attendance and increased attractions at this event, you will NOT be able to leave your personal vehicle at the booth.

 

• All vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs, heaters, and lighting for display. Tents must be tied down for safety. We prefer you use sandbags or buckets. If you need a generator, it should be QUIET-RUN. Electricity is very limited and may not be readily available at your spot.

 

• You will be responsible for removing your own trash. We have a dumpster on site for your use in the alley beside the D2U Store.

 

• The space reservation fee is non-refundable.

 

• Turn Key Designs and D2U LLC is not responsible for items left during and after the event.

 

• Vendors must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws, regulations, and codes. You are responsible for meeting the COVID requirements as mandated by Virginia and the CDC at the time of the event.

 

• Vendors must employ the highest standards for neatness, cleanliness, and sanitation. You are responsible for keeping your area presentable to the public.

 

• Vendors are responsible for contacting and obtaining the proper business license with the town of Wytheville for the event. D2U LLC nor Turn Key Designs will be responsible for any town penalty fees issued or refunds for spaces due to none compliance of town policy/ regulations.
